Thank you for trusting Chelsey Bonnell Photography with your memories. Every photograph and product is created with care and is intended to become part of your family's story for years to come.

The following policies apply to digital images, prints, albums, wall art, and other photographic products purchased through Chelsey Bonnell Photography. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

All orders must be paid in full before digital images are released or physical products are submitted for production, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, the price of that order will not change.

Applicable sales tax, shipping, delivery, and other applicable fees may be added to your order.

Digital images are delivered as professionally edited, high-resolution JPEG files unless otherwise stated.

When you purchase or receive digital images from Chelsey Bonnell Photography, you receive a personal-use license to those photographs. Copyright ownership is not transferred to you.

RAW, unedited, or original camera files are not included with any purchase and will not be provided.

Your purchased digital images include a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license.

You may:

• Download and save your purchased digital images.

• Create personal backup copies.

• Print your photographs for personal display in your home.

• Create personal photo books, cards, announcements, gifts, and other non-commercial items.

• Share your photographs with family and friends for their personal enjoyment.

• Post your photographs on your personal social-media accounts.

• Use your photographs as personal phone, tablet, or computer backgrounds.

Your personal-use license does not expire.

All photographs created by Chelsey Bonnell Photography remain the copyrighted intellectual property of Chelsey Bonnell Photography and are protected by United States copyright law.

Purchasing digital images, prints, albums, wall art, or other photographic products does not transfer copyright ownership.

You may not claim the photographs as your own photographic work or represent that another photographer created them.

Every print, album, piece of wall art, and other physical product is custom-made specifically for you.

Because these products are personalized and made to order, all physical product sales are final once submitted for production.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving your image selections, sizes, album designs, layouts, materials, cover selections, spelling, and other customization choices before giving final approval.

Once an order has been approved and submitted to the professional lab or manufacturer, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Great care is taken to ensure your finished products beautifully represent your photographs.

However, photographs can appear slightly different depending on the screen, device, paper, printing process, material, or product on which they are displayed.

Minor variations in color, brightness, cropping, texture, material, or overall appearance are normal and are not considered product defects.

Different print and product sizes use different dimensions and aspect ratios.

Because of this, your photograph may require slight cropping to properly fit the product or print size you select.

Chelsey Bonnell Photography will use professional judgment when preparing photographs for products ordered directly through the studio.

Due to the digital and custom nature of photography products, all sales are final.

Digital image purchases are non-refundable once the files have been delivered or made available for download.

Custom physical products cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal preference, a change of mind, or an error that was reviewed and approved before production.

If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your approved order, please contact Chelsey Bonnell Photography within seven (7) days of receiving it and provide photographs showing the issue.

When appropriate, Chelsey Bonnell Photography will work with the professional lab or manufacturer to have the affected product corrected or replaced.

When you purchase high-resolution digital images, you are welcome to print them for personal use through a printing company of your choice.

Please keep in mind that Chelsey Bonnell Photography cannot guarantee the color, quality, cropping, paper, or overall appearance of photographs printed through outside labs, consumer retailers, or other third-party printing services.

Chelsey Bonnell Photography is not responsible for poor-quality prints, color differences, incorrect cropping, or other printing issues resulting from a third-party printer.

For the best representation of your photographs, professional prints and products may be ordered directly through Chelsey Bonnell Photography.

You are welcome to share your purchased photographs on your personal social-media accounts.

When possible, credit or a tag to **Chelsey Bonnell Photography** is always greatly appreciated.

Please download your purchased photographs before sharing them. Screenshots of gallery images are not considered purchased digital files and should not be used in place of properly downloaded photographs.

Reasonable cropping required by a social-media platform is permitted.

Your photographs are delivered as finished artistic works representing the editing style and creative vision of Chelsey Bonnell Photography.

Please do not substantially alter the finished photographs.

This includes applying filters or presets, significantly changing colors or exposure, applying beauty filters or substantial retouching, converting photographs between color and black and white, or using artificial intelligence or editing software to add, remove, or substantially modify people, objects, backgrounds, or other elements of the photograph.

Normal cropping for printing or social-media dimensions is permitted.

If you would like an additional edit made to one of your photographs, please contact Chelsey Bonnell Photography to discuss the request.

Purchased digital images may be shared with immediate family members for their personal use and enjoyment.

Digital files may not be transferred, sold, licensed, or provided to a business, vendor, publication, or organization for advertising, promotional, editorial, or other commercial purposes.

If a business or vendor would like to use one of your photographs, please have them contact Chelsey Bonnell Photography directly for permission and appropriate licensing.

Unless separate written permission or a commercial license has been granted by Chelsey Bonnell Photography, all purchased photographs are for personal use only.

Without prior written permission, photographs may not be:

• Sold or licensed to another person or company.

• Used in paid advertising or commercial marketing.

• Used to promote a business, brand, product, or service.

• Used on products or merchandise offered for sale.

• Submitted to a publication for commercial use.

• Used on a business website or business social-media account for promotional purposes.

• Entered into photography competitions as your own photographic work.

• Sold, minted, or distributed as NFTs or similar digital assets.

• Used to train artificial-intelligence models or image-generation systems.

Commercial licensing may be available upon request.

Once your digital images have been delivered, you are responsible for downloading and safely backing them up.

Chelsey Bonnell Photography does not guarantee permanent or indefinite storage of galleries or digital files after delivery.

For this reason, I strongly recommend keeping your photographs backed up in at least two separate locations, such as your computer and a cloud-storage service or external drive.

If your photographs remain archived with Chelsey Bonnell Photography, future gallery re-uploading or file retrieval may be subject to an archival or administrative fee.

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Production times can vary depending on the product, professional lab, manufacturer, shipping carrier, holidays, material availability, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Chelsey Bonnell Photography.

Chelsey Bonnell Photography is not responsible for delays caused by third-party labs, manufacturers, shipping carriers, or other circumstances outside of reasonable control.

By placing an order, purchasing a product, purchasing or downloading digital images, or otherwise completing a purchase through Chelsey Bonnell Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Store Policies.

Your purchase of digital images includes the personal-use license described above. Copyright and ownership of all photographs remain with Chelsey Bonnell Photography.
